1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CashMe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CashMe.
2. Beta service
CashMe may operate in beta. Features, reward opportunities, payout methods, limits, and availability may change while the service is being improved.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum legal age and other eligibility requirements applicable in your country and for any third-party offer or survey provider you use.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You may not create or operate multiple accounts to obtain duplicate rewards or bypass limits.
- You may not transfer, sell, rent, or share your CashMe account.
5. Rewards
Rewards may be offered for eligible activities. Reward amounts, eligibility, availability, and processing times may vary. Rewards are not guaranteed income and should not be treated as wages, salary, savings, or an investment.
6. Advertising
CashMe may show advertisements. Watching an advertisement does not automatically entitle you to a cash reward unless a specific CashMe feature clearly states otherwise.
7. Third-party offers and surveys
Some earning opportunities may be provided by third parties. Their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, fraud controls, and reward decisions may apply. CashMe may rely on validated partner callbacks or records when deciding whether a reward is eligible.
8. Payouts
- Payouts are available only when your eligible balance reaches the applicable minimum.
- Available methods may include digital assets, PayPal, gift cards, or other methods shown in the app.
- Some payout methods may require an email address, wallet address, or other delivery details.
- Payout requests may be reviewed before payment.
- Incorrect payout details may delay or prevent delivery.
9. Prohibited activity
You may not abuse CashMe or third-party reward systems. Prohibited activity includes automated activity, manipulated devices, fraudulent accounts, falsified activity, duplicate reward attempts, unauthorized modification of the app, or use of techniques intended to bypass security or geographic eligibility requirements.
CashMe may restrict access to earning features when VPN, proxy, or other suspicious network conditions are detected. Detection signals are not guaranteed to be perfect, but they may be used as part of our anti-fraud review.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to CashMe where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, a security risk, a Terms violation, or a legal requirement to do so.
11. No banking or investment service
CashMe is a rewards platform. It is not a bank, brokerage, investment service, savings product, or financial advisory service.
12. Availability and changes
We may modify, pause, discontinue, or replace features, reward rates, payout methods, limits, or third-party integrations.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashMe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party service outages, incorrect payout information supplied by a user, or events outside our reasonable control.
14. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account from the app or through our account deletion page.
